Qualifications and Certifications on Breastfeeding and Sleeping
It is very important
for me to be updated and have the specific qualifications to become a professional family centred, evidence based consultant. After all, you will trust a unique process in the hands of this professional. Nothing fairer than demanding qualifications. Below, you can find some of mine.
International Board Certified Lactation - IBCLC
International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) are important members of the maternal-child health team specialising in breastfeeding care.
IBCLCs have diverse backgrounds and work in a variety of settings, but all have met rigorous eligibility requirements and passed an examination that assesses knowledge in breastfeeding management. Working together with families, policymakers, and the community, IBCLCs provide expert breastfeeding and lactation care and advance global public health.

Holistic Sleep Coach
As a certified Holistic sleep coach through BaByem, my role is to offer compassionate, non-judgmental guidance to help your family achieve restful nights and better days in a way that feels right for you. Let me help you navigate this important stage of parenthood with a personalized, supportive approach.
Supporting Neurodiverse Families
Neurodiverse families face unique challenges that standard approaches often fail to address. As a neurodiverse professional, I know firsthand that traditional parenting, sleep, and lactation advice may not align with sensory needs, executive functioning differences, or emotional regulation struggles. Tailored, affirming support is essential to help families feel understood rather than pressured to fit neurotypical expectations.
Specializing in this work means creating strategies that truly support neurodiverse parents and children, reducing overwhelm and fostering confidence. It’s not just about adapting methods—it’s about building an inclusive space where families feel validated and empowered to thrive on their own terms.
