Evidence-Based and Gentle Approaches: The coaching methods are grounded in the latest research and avoid “one-size-fits-all” solutions like cry-it-out techniques. Instead, the focus is on nurturing secure attachments and responding to the child’s needs while gradually promoting independent sleep.
The coach evaluates factors such as feeding (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or solids), daily routines, sleep environment, and the child’s overall health to identify underlying challenges impacting sleep.
Parental Empowerment and Family-Centered Approach: The coaching process considers the family’s culture, parenting style, and values to ensure solutions align with their needs and preferences. Holistic sleep coaching supports parents emotionally and equips them with practical tools, helping them feel confident and informed throughout the process.

An individual assessment for sleeping routine, including any necessity of the family. Here you can get few sleeping strategies and a simplified action plan to improve difficulties in a flexible way. Recommended for families with kids from 0 to 5 old.

New Born Experience
These meetings are designed for newborn families from 0-3m, providing sleeping solutions to help on setting a good development from the beginning.

Pack:Sleeping for Babies
Appropriated for families that are struggling with sleeping challenges and the babies have from 3-24m.
How it works? Tree meetings of 60-90 min each, sleep diary and its analysis, the action plan, revision of plan support for 45 days though messages.
Investment: 490 euros.
Pack:Sleeping for toddlers
This program is ideal for children aged 2 to 5 who have difficulty falling and staying asleep. It offers a personalized sleep guide tailored from a detailed intake form and support with any further help needed.
